Serenity Spa Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged for missed services prior to rescheduling. Exceptions may be made on occasion, but this is our policy. Please read your appointment notifications carefully.

We sell our time. And we can only sell that time to one person. Cancelation without 24 hours’ notice or No Showing does not give Bell or Tonya the chance to sell our time to someone else in need of our services. Even wait listed clients cannot always scramble at the last minute to come in. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
